Pricing questions
How much does FieldTimesheet cost?
$99/month covers your company and up to 10 workers. Each additional worker is $8/month. A 15-worker crew pays $139/month total. There are no setup fees, no per-feature upcharges, and no contracts.
Is there a plan for a smaller crew?
Yes. Starter is $39/month for up to 3 field workers ($390/year on annual billing). Every feature is included: QuickBooks sync, billing packets, job costing, crew notes. The only limit is crew size. When you hire a 4th worker, switch to Crew from Settings and the change is prorated.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full product, no credit card required. Your crew can clock in and you can sync hours to QuickBooks during the trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is $990/year for up to 10 workers ($80/year per additional worker) — two months free compared to monthly. You can pick it at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings, Billing, Manage Subscription, and cancel in the billing portal that opens. Your data stays exportable as CSV, and printable timesheet reports work regardless of QuickBooks.
