Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing and promotional communications, including:

  • Trial and onboarding emails: If you create an account, we send a sequence of emails to help you get started and get the most out of FieldTimesheet during your trial period
  • Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter or provide your email through a lead form, we send periodic tips on time tracking, job costing, and running a more profitable contracting business
  • Product updates: We occasionally send emails about new features, improvements, and relevant product announcements

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We process unsubscribe requests promptly.

  • QuickBooks/Intuit: We share time entry data with Intuit when you connect your QuickBooks Online account, enabling automatic synchronization of time activities

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to manage your session, remember your preferences, and keep you signed in. These are essential for the application to function properly. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account from Settings, all data is permanently removed immediately. This includes time entries, jobs, contractor records, and company information.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data immediately from your Settings page
  • Export: Export your data as CSV anytime from your Settings page. Available exports include time entries, jobs, and contractor records.
  • Disconnect: Revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time through your account settings
