- QuickBooks Compatibility
- Works with QuickBooks Online (all plans: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced). Does not work with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Offline Support
- Full offline mode via service worker. Entries store locally and sync when connection returns. Built for basements, concrete buildings, and rural job sites.
- GPS Tracking
- Single GPS point captured at clock-in and clock-out only. Not continuous tracking. Optional per worker. Privacy-respecting by design.
- Mobile Access
- Browser-based PWA. Works on any smartphone (iPhone or Android). No app download required. Add to home screen for native-like experience.
- Worker Onboarding
- Email invite link. Worker clicks, sets password, clocks in. Under 2 minutes, zero training required.
- 1099 Support
- Separate tracking for W-2 employees and 1099 subcontractors. 1099-NEC export report planned Q4 2026.

- AES-256-GCM encryption for OAuth tokens, bcrypt password hashing, rate-limited API endpoints, daily database backups.
