QuickBooks Compatibility
Works with QuickBooks Online (all plans: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced). Does not work with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Signal
With no signal, the punch is saved on the phone with the tapped time and uploads the next time the clock page is open with signal. The clock page must be opened once with signal first. Nothing uploads while the app is closed, and punches saved more than 24 hours earlier are refused and shown to the worker.
GPS Tracking
Single GPS point captured at clock-in and clock-out only. Not continuous tracking. Optional per worker. Privacy-respecting by design.
Mobile Access
Browser-based PWA. Works on any smartphone (iPhone or Android). No app download required. Add to home screen for native-like experience.
Worker Onboarding
Email invite link. Worker clicks, sets password, clocks in. Under 2 minutes, zero training required.
1099 Support
Subs clock in like the rest of the crew; export the year and filter it. There are no worker classification flags and no 1099-NEC export report.

AES-256-GCM encryption for OAuth tokens, bcrypt password hashing, rate-limited API endpoints, daily database backups.
